Deadlifts and Squats - Awesome Muscle-Builders

Deadlifts and squats are probably the ultimate muscle-building exercises, bar none.

They're also super-tough, which is why almost everyone hates doing them... I found two cool videos explaining both techniques very well and wrote some of my own notes about them.
